Tuesday---and my ass hurts. Literally.

I've walked the past two mornings around my apartment complex, part of which is up hill..and now, my ass cheeks hurt. But it's a good hurt, right? What's that all about, a good hurt even!

Oddly enough....I understand exactly what that means..
